TERM 1 - 8 WEEKS TO WEIGHT LOSS SUCCESS
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is it ladies, the perfect programme for those new to exercise or getting back into fitness and not sure where to begin. If you’re looking to lose weight or finally get a grip on you overall health and wellbeing including changing your habits around exercise and eating, then this is the programme for you
This programme includes our amazing prep & prime nutrition module, which is the secret to weight loss success long term. This 8 week course will allow you to understand what works for your body and what doesn’t making weight loss easy from now on. We also have 100’s of simple recipes on hand from our expert nutritionist so you stay on the right track.
The workouts start at 20mins and gradually increase to 30 mins as you progress through the course. There’s no equipment required as we use your body weight to improve your fitness, coordination, balance and muscle tone. The workouts are designed specifically for women and maximum calorie burn both during and after the workout. You’ll amaze yourself at what you can achieve!
Knowledge is power and we want to give you that power. Take control of your weight, health and wellbeing. Other programmes tell you what to do and when to do it, we also include the why so you can start to manage your fitness and eating around your busy lifestyle. You'll also learn how to indulge intelligently making fit and healthy fun and realistic long term.
Term 2 - 8 WEEKS TO RESHAPE & REDEFINE
WHO IS IT FOR?
This is it ladies, the perfect second step (after term 1) or for those who has exercise experience and want to start sculpting their figure and toning their muscles. Over the next 8 weeks we focus on helping you start to create muscle tone through adding resistance to your programme, which will help you lean out and whilst the scales might not move, you're starting to tighten and tone, which makes you look and feel fabulous
This terms nutrition plan helps you start to individualise your nutrition based on the days your’e training and start to get really sophisticated with your diet plan. In a simplified way you’ll learn how to manager the carbs, fat’s and protein you eat, quickly calculate portions and start to manipulate the how and when you eat to keep your new shape.
We’ve really ramped up the workouts in Term 2 adding dumbbells, kettlebells and resistance bands to help you sculpt and tone. The workouts also increase in intensity and duration so you’ll be working for at least 30-40minutes per workout. We continue to follow an interval based format, but start to mix things up by adding weights and diverting across into Tabata training every now and then. You’ll love the results!

WHO IS IT FOR?
If you're a beginner, then this is the perfect continuation programme from Term 1 to Term 2 to graduate school. However, if you're already an exerciser and want inspiration and motivation from skinny jeans school and all the new weekly content we offer, then this is the right step for you. Graduate School helps you remain constant bringing about weight loss that lasts and a figure that will continue to get stronger, fitter, more toned and look fabulous. This is the answer to getting rid of yo-yo dieting for that special event or holiday, as it will keep you on track long term.
In graduate school you'll enjoy new recipes each week helping you to continue with your healthy eating without getting bored. This will include dinners the whole family can enjoy to sweat treats to on-the-go power snacks. A great way to continue your healthy habits. You'll also have continued access to the nutritional prep and prime module, Term 1 and Term 2 Programme (if you completed them), so you can go back to it as many times as you want.
You'll still have access to all your Term 1 & Term 2 workouts (if you completed the course) so you can regularly enjoy home workouts as well as our graduate school timetable. We'll also be adding new workout series like booty bootcamp, ski-fit and lots more so you can mix your training up as and when you fancy it.
Along with continued access to all your learning from Term 1 & Term 2 (if you completed the course) you'll enjoy regular blog updates on all things health and fitness. Whether that's latest trends, new research, quick fixes and much more. Enough to keep you up to date and making informed choices.
